Return & Exchange Policy

1. Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused, undamaged, in original packaging with all accessories and documentation.

2. Return Process

  1. Contact suppor with order number and reason for return

  2. We'll provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions

  3. Ship items to provided address with RA number clearly visible

  4. Once received and inspected, refund will be processed within 10 business days

3. Return Costs

  • Customer pays return shipping unless item is defective/incorrect

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Restocking fees may apply for bulk orders

  • Refunds issued to original payment method

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged products (unless defective)

  • Products without original packaging

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Clearance/final sale items

5. Damaged/Defective Items
Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos. We'll provide prepaid return label and expedite replacement or refund.
